Civil group A Város Mindenkié (The capital belongs to everybody) staged a demonstration on Friday, 7 June protesting Hungary’s ban on homelessness, which the Constitutional Court has recently upheld.

I was born in Budapest on 25 April 1986. As a teenager I was open to art, music especially, which was (and still is) a serious influence and source of inspiration. During my highschool years I learned to play the trombone and the guitar.

After getting a degree in sociology at the University of Zagreb she moved to Budapest, where after quickly learning the local language, she studied and finished acting school in the Hungarian. She worked in different Theatre companies, until she started her own 'Asterion Project'.

The British Ambassador represents Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II as well as the UK government in Hungary. The Queen awarded him an OBE (Order of the British Empire) in 2002, a highly distinguished achievement of chivalry.

From the organizers: The actions are solidarity demonstrations to raise awareness of housing poverty, homelessness and mass food waste: people to know that a lot of things are working in a wrong way within this social/economic system and we face these problems day by day when we step out on the streets: we see poverty, starvation, homelessness and the growth of housing difficulties.
