The 32-year-old mother, wife and passionate chef regularly writes about healthy eating and appears on TV, and she has her own YouTube channel and is the author of a vegan cookbook. Polenta is a dish made from boiled cornmeal. The word "polenta" is borrowed from Italian. In Hungary, it is known as puliszka and is usually made of coarse cornmeal.
