The Budapest Court of Appeals has ruled in favour of Hungarian inventor Laszlo Oroszi against sportswear giant Adidas, ending a ten-year legal battle in a patent infringement case. The court ruled that Adidas unlawfully used Oroszi's patent without his authorisation in making football boots.
