The education and children's affairs ministry has concluded a comprehensive review on school operator KLIK and school districts, and established that the previous government had rebuilt an overly centralised school administration model that "was proven to be dysfunctional by 2016," the ministry said in a statement on Thursday.

"While other countries are still looking for excuses, Hungary has set an example for Europe, since here we are raising a new group of Roma intellectuals" true to its roots, he said.
