I hate the Poosta Ramblers because they are so damned good that I do not want to risk going to the toilet and missing anything. It becomes painful, but it is all for a good cause. Two of the paintings that were stolen from a Buda flat in March have been found, Budapest Police announced on Wednesday. The two paintings found are Válaszút (Crossroads) by Béla Kádár and that of an unidentified Dutch painter.

The body of 22-year-old Portuguese man Goncalo Ferraz was found floating in the Danube at the Soroksár stretch of the river in Budapest early Thursday morning. Ferraz was last seen two weeks ago when he and a friend decided to jump off the Erzsébet híd into the Danube late at night. A forensic test ruled out foul play.
