The Ministry of Human Resources launched a HUF 100 million tender for the digitalisation of art cinemas in Hungary in 2013, thanks to which a further ten institutions have been able to switch to digital projection this year, Minister of State for Culture Mr János Halász announced in Nyíregyháza, on 4 December 2013.

Once a crowd-puller and a pride of Budapest, the Amusement Park is now closed. The Zoo acquire most of its area and will use it to display subtropical fauna and flora in a spacious glasshouse. As the Roller Coaster, the carousel, the grotto train are considered historical monuments, they will stay. A theme park dedicated to fairy tales will be established along the borderline of the two by 2017. ...

It is always a pleasure when you go to the Italian Institute Of Culture, and the “Kaleidoscopio Italia” event was no different. From the moment you step inside this sumptuous building you feel that wonderful style the Italians are renowned for. The subtle tastes, smells and colours did not fill this vast area but elegantly decorated it.
