"HMA Greg Dorey opened the first whisky show in Hungary which took place on 24 April in Ramada Plaza Budapest Hotel. The event attracted some 400 visitors who had the opportunity to taste a wide variety of single malt and blended whiskies and attend several seminars. Those who turned up at the show could also vote to the best whisky brand and exhibitor stand.

"Clifford Smith, better known by his stage name Method Man or Meth is an American hip hop artist, record producer, actor and member of the hip hop collective Wu-Tang Clan. He took his stage name from the 1979 film The Fearless Young Boxer, also known as Method Man."

"The great “evergreen” of Hungarian literature, Sándor Petőfi’s Sir John (János vitéz) of 1844 has been revived in numerous guises over the years. Johnny Corn has been an operetta hussar, a cartoon film hero, a star of a pantomime and who knows how many other versions are still to come.
International Stars Fail To Bring Profit

The local audience cannot afford more concerts by international stars, according to event organisers. A dozen pop idols have been scheduled to play in Hungary this year. Gigs usually attract full houses, but profits are scarce.
