Following the June expansion of the public bike-sharing system with 15 docking stations, five new MOL Bubi stations opened on 31 July 2015 at the following locations: District 2 –Mechwart liget, District 9 – Vendel utca and Bakáts tér, District 13 – Dózsa György út M and Váci út-Bulcsú utca.

An unscheduled public forum was held in Sormás in southwest Hungary where state secretary Tibor Pogácsás briefed local residents about plans to set up a local reception centre for immigrants. After consultations with the local mayor, Pogácsás said the temporary facility would be made up of containers and tents. Construction work is to start in late August or early September, he added.
