The Richter Flórián Circus on Saturday auctioned off in Budapest canvasses painted by elephants in a bid to help injured Malaysian elephants. The paintings fetched Ft 360,000.

A patient had to wait 18 hours at the emergency ward of Budapest’s Jahn Ferenc hospital, RTL Klub reported on Monday. The patient and an acquaintance arrived at the hospital at 4 p.m., but had to wait for their turn until 10.45 a.m. the following day.
