I've always fought against high-alcohol, high tannin, and hard to drink wines. A wine shouldn't have to punch you in the nose, says Tamás Dúzsi, who's won the trophy for best red at the 21st Vinalies Internationales in Paris, an all-time first for a Hungarian wine.
