Budapest Rises On Top Destination Cities List
Budapest advanced seven places in twelve months and was the 32nd most popular tourism destination in the world in Mastercard’s latest index of 162 cities based on visitor volume and spending for the 2017 calendar year, the company said.

The figures show that nearly 6 million international visitors stayed an average five days in Budapest last year and spent nearly 3 billion dollars or an average daily 103 dollars per capita.
