Home Sales Slumping in Hungary - Set to be Lowest Level in Last Eight Years
Home sales totalled 8,000 in November, making it the weakest month this year, according to estimates by property agency Duna House.

Sales were down by 4% from October, and were 27% lower than one year earlier.

Slightly more than 118,000 home sales were concluded in the first 11 months of 2022, down by 21% year-on-year.

With December traditionally the weakest month of the year, Portfolio estimates total sales for 2022 at 125,000-127,000, the lowest level in the last eight years.
