One person suffered severe and one light injuries in an explosion at the Richter pharmaceutical factory in Kõbánya, Budapest’s Tenth District, on Thursday. Disaster Control spokesman Máté Kisdi said the explosion occurred when workers attempted to cut open a small tank that had earlier contained methanol. Kisdi said there is no chemical threat.
