Titanic Festival To Show 34 Films From 27 Countries

The 24th international Titanic film festival will show 34 titles from 27 countries between 6 – 13 April, 2017. It will open with Swedish director Johannes Nyholm’s Giant about a 30-year-old autistic man, Rikard, on April 6.

The artist is performing around Hungary with her 13-member group between 11-16 February, and will dance in Budapest at the Central European University on Monday. Nine foreign films will compete for the Breaking Waves Award at this year’s Titanic International Film Festival next month, organisers said. The festival to be held for the 23rd time will open on April 7 with the Australian romantic love story Tanna set on the island of Tanna in the South Pacific.
