Having first heard about a museum for the blind in the UK over 20 years ago, I was intrigued by the Invisible Exhibition (Lathatatlan Kiallitas) that has been touring Hungary for some time, and is now hosted in Building B at the Millenaris Park. We first met Misi (our guide), who showed us how to write braille on a peg board and then on a typewriter-type machine... Braille letters are constructed ...

With the Corvin shopping center and the entire Corvin project in the eight district of Budapest this area has been changed totally. Where there were just ruined buildings some years ago we can now find brand new buildings, a shopping mall and some nice restaurants and bars. By a coincidence I dropped by Vinowonka – Chocolate and Wine Bar last Saturday and here are my thoughts.
