The company came under fire from the Economy Ministry for circumventing the ban on Sunday shopping by obtaining a license as a farmers market, as markets are exempt from the ban.

Police stopped a total of 2,858 illegal border crossers in Hungary this past weekend, the national police (ORFK) told MTI. The ORFK reported on its website that it had launched proceedings against two individuals for human smuggling and ten for forgery of official documents. The majority of illegal border crossers were caught in the southern portion of Csongrád County, local police said.
