The British Ambassador to Hungary was born in London, in 1951. He was educated at Latymer Upper School, Hammersmith, and then at the University of Surrey, where he graduated with First Class Honours in Linguistic and Regional Studies (German, French and Law) in 1974.

As a co-owner I’m working for the tourism and real estate development project accomplished on the golf course that includes the 208 room Radisson SAS Birdland Resort & Spa Hotel and the 170 residencies in the Birdland Villapark.

Dr. Katalin Varga was initially denied a university place back in 1977 since her father worked at the US Embassy in Budapest and so her family were considered a 'political risk'. Therefore she started work with a technical firm and learnt computer skills from practical experience.
