    Students at the University of Kaposvar attended class wearing only their bare essentials yesterday, to protest against a new dress code. While some of the students stripped to their knickers, others seemed to be naked in an online video posted by local media about the protest - you can see it below.

    Hungary has been cracking down on its homeless people. Cities now have a law saying they can define areas where they aren't allowed to stay, such as parks, playgrounds, or underpasses. Those who refuse to move on can be sentenced to public service work, fined or put in prison. Civil society groups say the government is criminalising vagrancy and not dealing with the root causes.

    Pope Francis blessed President János Áder at the Vatican on 20 September 2013, and during a brief audience they reportedly discussed access to clean water as being the major challenge facing the world today. Regarding a visit to Hungary, Áder is quoted as saying, "The date that I proposed was 2016, because it will be the 1700 anniversary of the birth of Saint Martin of Tours. He was born in modern-day Hungary, and he enjoys a great deal of popularity and following in Hungary."
