Hungarian design agency Spora Architects has won the Building of the Year Awards for the best public buildings, handed out by ArchDaily, one of the world’s most influential websites on architecture. Mellow Mood Group signed a contract with architectural firm Archikon on the renovation of the landmark Párizsi Udvar in Budapest. Párizs Property, a member of Mellow Mood Group, acquired the historic building in the city centre from the 5th district local council for 2.1 billion forints (EUR 6.8m) last spring.
