A joint partnership was this year renewed between Coop Rally and Hertz in which the car rental company agreed to provide nearly 100 cars of different types for the participants in the event. Some were competitors, others event organizers and also representatives from the media.

Fidesz scored big points with voters in 2008 by backing a referendum that scrapped the Socialist Party’s introduction of nominal fees for visits to health clinics.
