Taxi-hailing service Uber will continue to operate in Budapest, even after a new decree requiring its drivers to be licenced comes into force on Thursday, managing director Zoltán Fekete said in a statement. Fekete complained that the 30-day period the decree allows drivers to become licenced was too short.
