The historic Water Tower is a spectacular attraction of the Margaret Island, rising above the crowns of the massive trees in the court of the Open-air Theatre. Open from June until the end of September, daily: 11am–10pm. On performance days, between 7pm–11pm only the audience of the theatre may visit the Water Tower, with presenting a valid ticket.

An elderly woman died of injuries caused when she was struck by a car driven by Jobbik MP Gábor Ferenczi on Tuesday morning in Ajka. Veszprém county police are examining the circumstances of the accident. The Jobbik caucus said Ferenczi did not see the 93-year-old woman as she was pushing her bicycle across the road, because the sun was shining in his eyes.

Karácsony will have to pay Ft 50,000 and Szilágyi Ft 185,000 for holding up a poster with the caption You Are Stealing, Cheating and Lying, in the auditorium in protest against the amendment to the act on tobacconist store licence bids and on information freedom.
