The downtown Erzsébet tér Cultural Centre and Park will be upgraded with a concert hall seating 1,500 spectators and a studio to host socio-cultural events by next spring, ministerial commissioner Zoltán Guller told a press briefing. Prime Minister Viktor Orbán regards the approval of the report about the state of fundamental rights in Hungary submitted by rapporteur Rui Tavares as an operation of the European left, based partly on the idea that the Hungarian Fundamental Law is not a liberal constitution.
