Organised for the third time this year, Vanishing Point has grown to be a movement amongst Hungary’s underground music scene.
MoM Cultural Center (MOMKult) welcomes talented Jazz Musicians from near and far to this annual jazz blast. Performing at this year’s festival are renowned Jazz bands Club Des Belugas and Kraak & Smaak.
The techno titan will be doing an exclusive 3-hour set, supported by other upcoming names in the scene such as Ann Clue, Deniz Bull and more.
This year, the 3-day festival gets relocated to the spacious green area behind Vajdahunyad Castle with a record-breaking number of stands (30) that represent the Hungarians’ chimney-shaped delicacy. Much to the delight of “kürtőskalács” admirers, the season’s sweetest gastronomical event will be full of surprises.
Hollywood actor and two-time Grammy winner Will Smith gave a short concert last night on the square in front of St. Stephen’s Basilica to celebrate his 51st birthday and to promote his new film, Gemini Man, partly shot in Budapest. DJ Jazzy Jeff joined him on the stage and fireworks also boosted the mood.
Lamb are an English electronic music duo from Manchester, consist of producer Andy Barlow and singer-songwriter Lou Rhodes. They achieved commercial success with the hit singles Górecki and Gabriel.
