Christmas Gift Guide + How to Support Local Business in Hungary
Every year we all get a little crazy right before Christmas running around and trying to buy some nice gifts for our friends or family. Many of us leave it for the last moment and in fact, need to queue for hours in overcrowded malls.

To make your life a little easier 'The Spoiled Queen' has prepared a handy and very unique Christmas gift guide for you, which also has the added benefit of supporting local businesses and artists.

Projekt Showroom

If you are looking for any type of organic cosmetics, funky home decor items, cute stationary or handmade jewelry and accessories check out Projekt Showroom.

Every year they open a pop-up store in a different location, where you can choose many items locally produced. This year they are open at Kiraly utca 40 until the 22nd of December.

Libabőr

Libabőr is another gift shop with a stylish monochrome interior design. It offers artistic postcards, prints, and notebooks, but also accessories such as cool water bottles or tote bags and backpacks.

Margot Budapest

All fashion lovers will find chic clothes and accessories in Margot Budapest – a stylish boutique with a unique interior design. Great place for handmade bags, jewelry, and hats!

Fashion tour

Finally, if you don’t know what to choose and want to offer someone a great fashion experience you can book my fashion tour.

This service is offered for both men and women where during a 3-hour fashion hunting we will visit a selection of the best ateliers & fashion stores in the city. So the person who received this tour as a Christmas gift can select some high-quality and unique clothes and accessories,  just with my tiny help. At least we will make sure that nobody is going to receive an ugly sweater or grandma pajama this year.

My Map of Budapest

If you would like to offer someone a piece of Budapest there is no better gift than an artful My Map of Budapest. This treasure map features the best spots in the city and with its beautiful colors and cute, little graphics can be also used as a nice home decoration.

If you use the code ‘thespoiledqueen’ you will receive a 20% discount for the print version (pick up available only in Budapest), or you can buy the online version here.

Analog prints

There is also something for analog photography enthusiasts! My friend  Ania Jopp offers a great selection of analog prints that feature her travel photos. Visit  Analog Poster Shop to buy it online.

If you are based in Budapest and would love to offer someone as a gift photoshoot check out her website and get in touch!

Happy shopping everyone! Keep in mind supporting small, local businesses!
