Drunk drivers could be fined Ft 30,000-35,000 on the spot and Ft 60,000-100,000 if they pay the fine at a later date.

The March for Life Foundation organised the first such event in 2002, when 400-500 people turned out. An estimated 10,000 took part in last year’s commemoration.
