Organisers of Budapest Summer Festival 2014 invite you to celebrate with them the renewed Open-Air Stage on Margaret Island. Located next to the historic Art Nouveau Water Tower, it can accommodate approximately 3000 people, and is the only permanent open-air stage in Hungary.

Budapest was the kick-off venue for a 2014 European concert series for this international pop icon. The tour follows an ecstatic response to Robbie’s one-off show at London’s Palladium, where he showcased material from his album 'Swings Both Ways'. How can the story of half a century be encapsulated in two hours? Formed in 1963, vocal group The Swingle Singers will endeavour to do even more this evening in a show put together for the 50th anniversary of their foundation, throwing in some new numbers as well.

We haven’t talked about the tobacconist shops lately, although there is quite a bit to be said about them. First and foremost, that as the result of the newly restricted availability and the price hikes black market sales of cigarettes have soared in the last couple of months. Fewer and fewer people are buying cigarettes at the designated stores.
