Mellow Mood Hotels has grown from a joint venture of two friends. Our group of companies was founded in 1997 by Sameer Hamdan and Zuhair Awad for the purpose of operating hostels to serve young foreign tourists visiting Budapest. Caps On Utility Fees to Continue in Hungary

Hungary is still able to maintain the caps on utility fees, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán told public radio on Friday. “Prices are not breaking loose, families will remain protected up to average consumption and the government aims to also help SMEs,” he added.
