Cross-Border Shoppers Lured from Hungary to Slovakia
Kaufland, the sister chain of food retailer Lidl, has started an intensive campaign to attract Hungarian customers, promoting its shops in Slovakia near the border with a Hungarian-language online presence, Pénzcentrum reports.

Kaufland, which is not present in Hungary, simply offers better prices, the article states.

The company has been recruiting Hungarian workers for its stores for a long time.
