Construction of a 2km mobile dam in Szeged will begin soon with Ft 1.5 billion in EU support for the Ft 2.1 billion project. The work will include upgrades of existing dams on the Tisza River. It will be possible to put the mobile dam in place within 24 hours after its completion, scheduled for June 2015.
