Ringier is asking Ft 1.5 billion for Népszabadság from the Szabad Sajtó (Free Press) foundation of the Socialist Party, plus a minimum five-year contract for printing the daily. The card will carry all data now featured on separate cards, such as address, social insurance and tax numbers, under an agreement reached by the Administration Ministry and the Budapest Transport Centre.
