Budapest and the northwest regions are head and shoulders above the rest, in particular the northeast and the disadvantaged areas along the Dráva River in the southwest corner of the country.

For All Ears Kate McIntosh sets up the stage as an improvised adhoc laboratory for a series of unusual recordings and acoustic experiments, using everyday objects and materials. Chairs are dragged, paper is torn, glasses are toppled. Sounds are gathered, recorded and played back – the action of one part of the performance providing soundtrack, background or atmosphere for another.

The Choir specializes in Renaissance music as well as works from the twentieth century choral repertoire. They are frequent participants and volunteers in our Saint Margaret’s music programme.
