The internet database with the Historical Maps of the Habsburg Empire is now completed, and was introduced in the Archives of Budapest. The website contains the most important maps presenting Budapest from the 18th to the second half of the 20th century.

The public debut of the “Jeles” will take place 13 August 2014, at the Sziget Festival, where anyone can get first hand experience with the app that has been developed mainly for children with no hearing disability. Developed by Hallatlan Foundation and the Vodafone Hungary Foundation, “Jeles” will officially be available for free download to iOS and Android devices from September.

If you and your friends want to solve a Magyar murder in the comfort of your own home, try “Murder in the Puszta”. This is a murder mystery party game where each player acts out a suspect in a murder case. A fictitious csárda (inn) on the edge of the Puszta National Park serves as the crime scene, where inn owners Pisti and Marika always give their guests a hearty welcome.
